List your apartment
Posting is free. The platform earns only once you have: 5% after a rental that both sides confirmed.
How to list
- Describe the apartment
A draft saves itself at every step, so you can fill it in over several sittings.
- Add photos
Photos are the main thing people look at. A listing can't be published without them.
- Set the dates and price
The term is set as a range of nights, so one listing can work for a week or for several months.
- Send it for moderation
We check the listing and publish it. If something's off, we send it back with a clear reason, not a rejection without explanation.
The calendar is yours
Dates you've closed off can't be booked — that's a constraint of the database itself, not a check in the interface. Double-booking the same dates is also impossible — by construction, not by attentiveness.
Requests and responses
The tenant sends a request, you respond. An unanswered request expires on its own — the tenant isn't left hanging, and you don't accumulate a backlog of overdue ones.
Money
The tenant pays you the rent and deposit directly. The platform doesn't accept or hold them. The 5% fee is charged after the rental is completed — more about the fee.
